Invoice Procedure

When invoicing WT Editorial for editorial services, freelancers must follow the follwing procedure:
  1. Use the WT Editorial invoice template.
  2. Invoice at the end of each month for all work completed and submitted during that month. (Note: Freelancers working on more than one project should send one invoice per project.)
  3. Email invoice to the project manager assigned to the project on which you are working. (Note: The project manager will contact you at the start of the project.)
  4. Invoices must include the following:
--date invoice submitted
--invoice number (each new invoice submitted by a freelancer should have a different invoice number)
--freelancer's name, address, and phone number
--project name
--description of assigned task
--itemized list of completed assignments with applicable rate
--invoice total
