worked well with Connie when we were both at Pearson/Scott Foresman, so
when she started her own company, I was eager to hire her for a
project. I hired Sunflower Publishing Services to write and edit
ancillary assessment materials for an elementary Arkansas state studies
program. The work was superlative: well-written, conforming to
standards, and on time. This was more of a challenge than we had
anticipated because in the middle of development, Arkansas changed
their Social Studies standards—but they didn’t change their call date
for adoption materials. Connie and her writer Michele [of WT Editorial]
didn’t miss a beat—they rewrote a large portion of the project in
record time without losing any of the quality of the original. Connie
runs an excellent ship!
